TO: ALL CHEVROLET DEALERS

Automatic Transmission Fluid used in 1958 production will be dyed red. This makes identification easy and should be of considerable assistance in diagnosing engine and transmission oil leaks.

This change will enter production at all Assembly Plants as soon as existing stocks of transmission fluid are exhausted.
