Warren County (Kentucky) Public Schools Announces 2016 Hall of Distinguished Alumni Inductees

Warren County Public Schools will induct ten outstanding individuals into its Hall of Distinguished Alumni at the annual induction dinner on April 30, 2016 at the Sloan Convention Center. This ceremony brings the total number of inductees to forty-eight. This year’s representatives have an impressive list of accomplishments in business, medicine, military, education, law, and entertainment.

Wendell Strode, a 1966 graduate of Bristow High School, is a highly respected community leader serving Warren County for several decades. Strode spent 25 years working as a commercial banker after graduating from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the National Corvette Museum, which draws more than 200,000 visitors each year from across the globe. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Strode is a dedicated volunteer serving numerous church and non-profit organizations.
