While very little details are known about the hybrid Corvette at this point, we would expect the E-Ray to arrive next year as a 2024 model followed by the all-electric version in 2025.

Earlier this morning General Motors President, Mark Reuss confirmed to CNBC that Chevrolet will produce an electrified Corvette next year, followed by an all-electric version, however Reuss would not confirm it would be a traditional hybrid or a plug-in hybrid Corvette.

“We will have an electrified Corvette next year, so it’s coming very quick. This is in addition to all of the great performance that Chevrolet and Corvette have been known for, for many, many years with our internal combustion engines.”

Dealers Receive Additional Confirmation From Chevrolet

Following the release to social media, dealers received the following Q&A from Chevrolet:

“This morning, GM President, Mark Reuss shared some exciting news. He announced that in addition to the amazing new Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and other phenomenal gas-powered variants coming, we will offer an electrified and a fully electric, Ultium-based Corvette in the future. In fact, we will offer an electrified Corvette as early as next year. Details and names to come at a later date.”
