You have to unclip the visors and move them toward the door on the car, you will see a screwdriver type slot at the base of the Visor, Insert a screwdriver in that tab, hold the screwdriver in your left hand and the visor in your right, rotate visor and visor base counter - clockwise by moving the visor over to the drivers window position, the entire base will rotate. Pull out carefully and disconnect the electric tab for the lighted mirror.
