CD Magazine won't eject

I recently purchased a '98 convertible that is equipped with the optional 12 disc CD changer. The first few times I used it there were no problems. Now, the discs won't load and play and I can't get the magazine to eject.

Any ideas how I can get the magazine to eject?

Hi there,

Unplug the connector at the bottom of the changer. Let sit 2 mins and then reconnect.

Followed your instructions. Disc magazine and all of the discs have ejected.
