Can anyone recommend a reputable transmission shop in Illinois. I live about 25 miles south of Chicago. I need some transmission work on my C4. I don't want to take to just any shop, I want someone who specializes in Corvettes. Any help would be appreciated!

Contact BlackNBlue95 (Rick) and he could probably tell you more. He ASE certified and if he couldn't do something, I'm sure he could recommend someone.

Have you checked the phone book? I know that there are a lot of auto shops in Tinley Park and Mokena.

you can also checkout Finish Line Performance (FLP) in Naperville. They specialize in the 4L60E. I had them rebuild a trans in my 92 Camaro and they did a fantastic job. Ask for Chuck.
