Some customers may comment on a loss of function with the Radio/HVAC Interface Control Module (ICS) after ignition ’on’ cycle. The condition will exhibit intermittent characteristics, where the loss of function will discontinue after an additional ignition cycle. |

This may be caused by incorrect software/utility file level. |
If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, reprogram the radio control with the latest software. Refer to Radio Control Programming and Setup in SI.
