Please share this information with your New Vehicle Prep Department and Service Technicians that perform the pre-delivery inspections for 2015 Corvettes.

IMPORTANT:   It has come to our attention that if you do not use a drill bit collet on the drill bit when drilling the holes for the rivets that attach the loose shipped carbon fiber rocker panels,   It may be possible to drill a hole through the transmission cooler lines for the front auxiliary cooler.  
Please make sure to drill all holes perpendicular to the outside surface. Also make sure to use a drill bit collet to control bit depth to only 12mm max into the rocker.

The photo below shows the location of the automatic transmission cooler lines with the body’s rocker molding removed.
