Now in its 10th year of partnering with the Corvette Dream Giveaway, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering has donated its products and services to help create a one-of-a-kind Corvette to help Corvette Dream Giveaway sponsor New Beginning Children’s Homes raise funds for itself and national charities, such as Disabled American Veterans, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, National Guard Educational Foundation, Smile Network International as well as the Detroit Rescue Mission.
This year, Lingenfelter created a very special Lingenfelter Signature Edition Z06 Corvette Z06, Serial # 001. This 800 hp convertible, featuring exclusive styling and Lingenfelter’s most powerful upgrade for the C7 Z06, will be prominently displayed during the upcoming Lingenfelter Collection Open House taking place in Brighton, Mich. on Saturday, April 23 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
This Lingenfelter Signature Edition Z06, Serial # 001 Corvette convertible is being paired in a year-long giveaway with a 1 of 25 396/425hp 1965 Corvette Sting Ray convertible. One winner will take home both amazing Corvettes. Participants enter the Corvette Dream Giveaway by visiting www.winthevettes.com. Participants can purchase a single ticket for $3 up to 6,000 tickets for $5,000 to win both rare muscle machines. The Corvette Dream Giveaway also pays $50,000 toward taxes on behalf of the winner.
The 2016 Serial # 001 Lingenfelter Signature Edition Z06 Corvette exemplifies Lingenfelter’s performance-tuning prowess. With an exclusive Lingenfelter high-performance cam, CNC ported and polished factory cylinder heads, the 376 cubic inch (6.2-liter) Chevy LT4 Gen 5 small-block engine is equipped with an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger specifically tuned by Lingenfelter for this Corvette Z06 upgrade package.
The Serial # 001 2016 Lingenfelter Special Signature Edition Z06 Corvette includes a Z06 performance package, track-ready carbon Brembo brakes and an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. With a black exterior punctuated by an Adrenaline Red Napa leather interior and competition seats, the grand-prize Lingenfelter Signature Edition Corvette Z06 convertible is the most highly optioned Corvette given away in Corvette Dream Giveaway history.
