I would agree that Fram is not the filter of choice. Poor filter media and leaks.

Purolator is the highest independently rated filter.

No problem with moisture. You simply open one zipper closure a bit, sy 6 inches, and the installed fan keeps things dry. Leave the windows open when the car is in the Capsule.

I have noticed on my 2019 C7 (ZR1) manual that there seems to be a detent for first gear. When stopped, I must feel the small "snick" to ensure the shifter is all the way home or it will not engage...
