    Here is a site with all the codes.
    http://www.stengel.net/diccodes.htm
    Forgot to say you can print everything out to save for future reference.

    Default Error code not found

    Im having a problem with my battery holding a full charge. When I cleared all history codes (I did write them down first), the 2 codes that remain current is an 99HVAC code: B0441H and A6SCM code: B2860H/C. The battery drains very fast (minutes) when the key is off (even with a new battery). I've changed the alternator and still getting the same results. The list provided here does not list the SCM code. Any ides on what could cause a battery to go from a 13 volt reading to 5.5 so quickly? When started it fluctuates slightly between 13 & 13.7

    Roxeye1... started a seperate thread with your post to increase the exposure... I was afraid it would be missed buried in the second page of this thread.

    Default P0440 = loose gas cap

    For me it did anyway. P0440 wasn't in the list of codes in the sticky thread, so I thought I'd post it here for anyone who does a site search for it.

    Sharon, if you'd like, I can merge this into the Sticky Thread on Pulling Codes.

    I found a code today that wasn't on that list, P0748H. What does this one mean?

    This morning my check engine light came on, but it went off after three restarts, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary, it was running perfectly.

    Also, is there anywhere that explains what each code actually means? I also got codes P0351H (Ignition Control #1 circuit) and P1431H (Fuel Level Sensor 2 Circuit Performance) but have no idea what they mean.

    P0748 = Pressure Control (PC) Solenoid Control Circuit failure (4l60-E transmission)
    H = historical (not a current condition)

    Have you installed a shift kit, or maybe used a handheld tuner to increase line pressure?

    Shortly after I got the car in 2004 I had it dyno tuned with LS1edit, and he changed a lot of the transmission settings too. But the shift firmness setting is still in the stock setting.

    I am having this same issue, if it ever stops raining i will give it a try and see if your suggestions fix my problem as well. Now to get past the engine rattle at cold start-up.

    The fob has nothing to do with engine starting. C6 is another story.

    You should really start your own thread, rather than hijacking this one.
