    I was cleaning out my closet last week and came accross a VHS Tape titled "Building the 5th Generation Corvette"

    "Take a Behind the Scenes Look at the Making of the New Corvette.Get an Eyewitness Account of the People & Events that Led to the Developement of the New 1997 Corvette".

    Made in USA.- 60 Min's Runtime - Jan. 6 1997

    If you like that video you gotta read the book 'All Corvettes Are Red'. I believe the author of the book passed away in the last year or so. The book is a great read.

    "All Corvettes are Red" is truly an interesting book and tells of the trials and tribulations that went into the design and eventual production of the C5.

    Great book!

    The story of how the C5 happened is really inspirational.

    All corvettes are red is a great read,having worked in GM for 30 years behind the scenes in product construction has its ups and downs for sure,thanks to people with passion and vision!
