    Default Spring Wake Up

Friday 20 March 2009. Woke her up today after a five month winter sleep. Backed her out into the driveway and took a couple of pics. Still some snow and the roads won't be clean for another few weeks. How about you other Northern guys? Have you woken up yours?

Remo, you must be psychic. I took the 94 out of storage last Tuesday, switched places with the snow plow in the upper garage, replaced the storage insurance with full coverage, and took it to Denver today at 12:01 am. Hurray for Spring!! The 02 comes out in early May. And wouldn't you know it, next Monday - Tuesday it's supposed to snow, maybe a lot. But it was great fun to drive the corvette convertible today, even if it has the hard top on it until mid May. See you in BG in several months.

"Winter storage"? Someone needs to explain that concept to me! Bet you all in the northeast can't wait until August when you can "drop your top"!

Sorry! We in the Sun Belt have been driving all winter. Just had to rub it in a little!

Just waiting for the next tornado...

Stew, you may not have too long a wait. According to TornadoProject.com, your best candidate month for a tornado is right around the corner...

I have had mine out of winter storage for about a week now. Dropped the top and headed to Colorado Springs on Saturday. Today, baby is at home in the garage, possibility of snow today. And the rest of the week doesn't look much better. Maybe the weekend will be nice again.

Mike...I hear you. We had snow flurries here yesterday and this morning it was 17 degrees. Looks like winter won't leave either one of us. Hey I sure do miss Colorado Springs.
