    Default Part Number Help?

    1996 LT1 Coupe

How can I find the part or part number for the clip that holds the wire loom at the top of the upper coolant tank? It is the one toward the center of the car. Mine broke.

    Clip is here:

    Broken "half":

    Thanks in advance.

Default Just in case you canít find a new one...

Without visiting the Chevy parts counter, I don't know the part number.

If you have difficulty finding a new one, I’ve had very good experiences with Taber Corvette Parts. It would be a used part, not new as they are a Corvette salvage company.

Corvette Parts - Taber Corvette Parts - New, Used, and Rebuilt Corvette Parts for all year Corvettes, Rebuildable Corvettes. We ship worlwide.

    Good luck on your search!

Unless we are talking NCRS what is wrong with using a plastic wire tie?

Thanks for the lead B17Crew. I sent the pics to them and they have one.

They want $25 and that doesn't even include shipping!

I don't think I am gonna go for it right now.

At those prices I can part my car out and use the money to buy a new ZR1 !

    Thanks again.

    HOLY TOLEDO!

I didn’t know they were made of gold! That is pricey, I don’t blame you for holding out.

    E-mailed parts@vette2vette.net (web site is vette2vette.com)

He has it for $16 shipped.

I think I'll take it for that price.

    Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear that you found the part at a better price. I will have to consider vette2vette for any future part purchases.
