    Default Edelbrok Pro 4 EFI

I am tempted to fit the above EFI system to my 82 Crossfire. I understand that this is a stand alone conversion and would not require my original ECU. But I have concerns about other inputs to the ECU such as the transmission , knock sensor , air con and MAP sensor.
Has anyone tried this so far and were the results worth the cost?
    Thanks

    Couple of thoughts on this...

    1) Hood clearance. Will you have enough?
    2) That's a lot of intake runner and plenum volume for a stock L83. Are you doing anything else to the engine?
    3) Integrating the Edelbrock EFI controller with your cars existing engine controls might be a challenge.
