    Holley Tower and Winding Road Racing Shop Ribbon Cutting

    Next Wednesday, July 13 at 9am CT we will be hosting an official ribbon cutting for our Holley Tower and new Winding Road Racing Shop at the NCM Motorsports Park. The Holley Tower encompasses 14,635 square feet, offering meeting rooms, administrative offices, a viewing deck, classrooms, race control and the new track retail space - the Winding Road Racing Shop.

    Corvettes, other sports cars, muscle cars and track cars are invited to park in front of the Holley Tower for the ribbon cutting. The ceremony will be held in the first floor meeting room.
    Museum Anniversary Celebration and Corvette Hall of Fame Registration Open

    Labor Day weekend, September 1-3, we celebrate our 22nd Anniversary with an event and the annual Corvette Hall of Fame induction. This years' festivities include a number of seminars, road tours, picture poker run, touring laps at the Motorsports Park, 2017 Corvette Walk-Around, Lifetime Member / VIP Dinner, Celebrity Choice Car Show, Live Auction, Ambassador Lunch, Sip 'n Paint, Past & Present Hall of Fame Roundtable, Hall of Fame banquet and more.

    Arctic White Convertible Raffle Winner Drawn

    On July 28 we're raffling off a 2016 Shark Gray Z06. The raffle is limited to 1,000 tickets and so far we've only sold 342 tickets!

    Don Franklin Heroes Cruise Benefits Vets 'n Vettes

    Join Don Franklin Chevrolet, Buick, GMC in Somerset, Kentucky on Friday, July 22 for a day honoring America’s Heroes! The dealership will be offering food concessions, music, door prizes, goody bags, raffle drawings, a speaker, cruise-in car show with celebrity choice awards, the Corvette Store with merchandise and more. New for 2016 is the FIRST Corvette Cruise along Kentucky’s Highway 192 “Rattlesnake”! The afternoon of Corvette fun concludes with the Somernites Cruise Block Park from 6-10pm (July’s cruise is themed “Corvette Summer”).
    Proceeds from the event will fund the Veterans and Wounded Warrior Recognition Luncheon at the National Corvette Museum in November as part of Military Appreciation Month and the annual Vets ‘n Vettes event.

    Corvette Homecoming and Keeneland Concours Next Weekend

    Coming to Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky July 14-16, 2016, the revamped Corvette Homecoming & Chevy Invitational will be open to all makes and models of Corvettes and Chevrolets.

    The event will feature vendors, special educational seminars and a road tour of Kentucky. A dinner and dance will be held Saturday evening for registered participants to end the show at Sloan Convention Center. Spectators will be able to visit the car show in the parking lot and inside the convention center. Learn more online here.

    Also next weekend is the Keeneland Concours d'Elegance, this year celebrating Chrysler cars as well as featuring more than 120 collector cars and motorcycles on Saturday, July 16 from 8am-4:30pm ET at the Keene Barn Entertainment Center at the historic Keeneland thoroughbred race track in Lexington, Kentucky.

    The Concours features cars from 1908 through 2016, as well as motorcycles from 1915 through 1964. The featured class is Chrysler cars through the ages. There's also a group of Winged Warriors, the Dodge Daytonas and Plymouth Superbirds that dominated NASCAR racing in the early 1970s. There's also a class of cars featured in movies and TV shows, including "Back to the Future," "Smokey and the Bandit," "Knight Rider" and "Transformers." Learn more online here.
