USA Corvette Club

We are a socially oriented club with a common interest in the Made in America CORVETTE. It is the interest in the car that has brought us together, but it is the people that keeps us together. We enjoy day cruises, going out to dinner, weekend excursions, attending car shows and cruise-ins. Our members enjoy a private club house where our monthly meeting and casual dinners are held. Our facility allows us to be able to bring our cars inside for members who need to perform minor maintenance on their own vehicles. We encourage all area Corvette owners to come check us out!We attempt to try and have at least one day cruise every month and sometimes more than one a month, with one on a Saturday and possibly one during the week. We try to attempt and have something for everyone. Weekday cruises accommodate members that are retired or members that work shift work that must work weekends. The weekend cruises accommodate members that have weekends off. Some history about the Corvette: the first Corvette was produced in June 1953 with only 300 being built the first year. The Corvette has close to a 70-year history. During this time there have been 8 major body changes, but it has always maintained the two-passenger concept. The first (C1) to the latest model (C8), which is its first mid-engine corvette released in model year 2020.So, if you are an owner of one of these fine automobiles, please consider coming to visit us at one of our monthly meetings. You will be welcomed by all our members.

Vaca Valley Vettes

In the summer of 1998, our founders, Jeff & Kim Hills, Bob & Leslie Eberle and Lance Bennencourt were cruising around Vacaville enjoying their Corvettes, and they wanted to join a car club. They noticed there wasn’t an active Corvette club in the local area, and so, they decided to create one. They began by putting flyers on the cars at a car show in Andrews park. The first gathering of interested Corvette owners/enthusiasts was August 28th at Casa Trevino in downtown Vacaville. These “Charter Members” decided to establish a club that would be social, fun and stress-free, with the primary purpose of enjoying their favorite cars – Corvettes. On October 28th the Vaca Valley Vettes was established. The immediate club goals included: a newspaper advertisement in The Reporter to encourage more membership; a fundraiser to generate income; and community service to support the Women’s Club on Catherine Street.Seven months later, Vaca Valley Vettes had grown to 44 members and we were meeting at Round Table Pizza the last Tuesday of the month.A few of the first events were: a trip to Thunder Hill Raceway in Willows to “learn how to drive your Corvette”; tours of Anheuser Busch and Jelly Belly; and a cruise to the Blackhawk Museum in Danville. The original logo was designed by Lance and Jeff with input from the members; this logo had three red Corvettes with the Vaca Hills in the background Our current logo was developed for our club’s bricks and flag that flies at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky.Cruising for over 21 years now, we are still enjoying socials and having fun. And we continue to revel in our favorite cars.(Written by JoRené Danel with information provided by Jay & Lynene Lindstrom, Charter Members.)

VALLEY CORVETTES is an organization of Corvette enthusiasts located in Boise, Idaho and the surrounding area. It was founded by a group of people who enjoy and are passionate about Corvettes, America’s only true sports car. The purpose of our Club is to encourage planned events and activities so its members can come together and achieve the enjoyment of their Corvettes, plus have fun with fellow Corvette enthusiasts. During the year there will be many activities, including cruises, poker rallies, picnics, parades, bracket racing (Firebird Club Challenges), and other “announced” events, such as “impromptu” gatherings for dinner with members.VALLEY CORVETTES also sponsors one of the largest and most respected Corvette gatherings in the Northwest. The event, called “VetteFest”, is three fun-filled days of racing, shows, tours, and socializing. This event is every other year on odd years. On even years, we sponsor “Corvettes and Classics”, this event gives our members the chance to not only show off their Corvettes, but their other Classic vehicles as well.

Venice Florida Corvettes

VFC got its start in October 2002, when seven couples came together at the home of John Vidas, club founder, for an organizational meeting. The first president was Peter Campisi. Growth was rapid and within two years, our group of seven had grown to 125 family memberships. We have continued to grow and currently have over 224 memberships with more than 288 Corvettes. We are an active club that believes Corvettes need to be driven. The club's goal is to offer a minimum of two car related events per month in addition to our meeting. Typically, one event is a club designated car show being held in the area (or the state) and one social event that provides an opportunity for a Corvette road trip, dining and fun. Some past events have included sporting events, theater, historic destinations of interest and just a good road cruise with dinner … you get the idea. Are you interested in a longer over the road trip? Ten Corvettes caravanned to the 50th anniversary in Bowling Green. In 2014, 24 Corvettes participated in our caravan to the National Corvette Museum for its 20th anniversary in August.VFC has been fortunate to have enthusiastic sponsors who have contributed to our success. Bill Buck Chevrolet in Venice was our first club sponsor and continues to support us today. Our first club car show, "Corvettes in Venice, A Vette-Together" was held at their dealership in January 2003. Subsequent shows have been held in Centennial Park in downtown Venice. In 2013, Norma Jean’s Family Bar and Grill joined our support network and provides trophies for our show. With the backing of our sponsors and the dedicated members of our club, we are proud to say that Corvettes in Venice, A Vette-Together, has been called one of the best shows in Florida. Details on the annual show, can be found under the CAR SHOW tab on the website. Plan to visit Venice, the "Shark's Tooth Capitol of the World" on March 13, 2016 and join us for our 12th annual show, as a participant, spectator or new member. Maybe you will go home with a shark’s tooth trophy and show shirt.
