Auckland Corvette Club

The club was formed to cater for those with Corvettes and our main aim is to enjoy our Corvettes. We are an informal club with a nice casual atmosphere. Anyone with a passion for Corvettes is welcome and we have members from all around the North Island from Whangarei to Wellington. We generally have a run once a month. The runs are organised by members and can be as varied as a run to a cafe for lunch, a car show or a track day. Anywhere that is fun and of interest. When you join the club you will receive a name badge and we encourage these to be worn at club events. It's a good way of getting to know who's who and we know it’s hard meeting new people and trying to remember names.A full newsletter is sent out quarterly packed full of interesting facts, data and club event details, past & present. View our photo gallery for a sample of activities we have had over the last few years. If you're considering going down the track of a restoration you will find members in the club have a wealth of knowledge, many having completed full restorations on their cars. Ask around, we are keen to share information we have gleaned through our own trial and error (and botch-ups) during a rebuild.Existing members are encouraged to send in their stories for publication in the newsletter, as well as their photos to share with others. Please check the events page for scheduled outings, and we welcome you to let us know if you have an activity you think would be of interest to other members.

Baltimore County Corvette Club

Our club was founded in June 2004 with just 4 founding members (Jeff Scruggs, Rodney Steadman, Robert King and Mike Foster). We have have had alot of fun the past seven years as you can see on our photo page. We do love our Corvettes. We are one of the active Corvette Clubs in the Maryland/DC area. Our membership consists of people of all ages, professions, and backgrounds. We enjoy participating in informal social outings as well as fellowshipping with other car clubs. We have traveled to shows all up and down the East Coast and have met many fellow Corvette owners & clubs along the way. We love to network so please e-mail us at TheBTRIPLEC@gmail.com or contact one of our officers. We are also members of the National Council of Corvette Clubs. Our MissionThe purpose of the Baltimore County Corvette Club is to promote interest in, and operation of the Corvette. To that end, the Baltimore County Corvette Club shall collect and publish information and shall promote opportunities to encourage others to participate in the joys of owning and operating the Corvette. The B-TRIPLE-C shall hold regular meetings and from time to time hold social, competitive, and other types of events in order that it's mission might be fulfilled. The B-TRIPLE-C encourages sharing our common interest, which is America's Favorite Sports Car, the Corvette! Owning a Corvette is only half the story, these cars were built to be enjoyed... Enjoying a Corvette means different things to different owners. At some point in time, everyone with a Corvette wants to put the car through its paces. Some folks look forward to participating in a road trip with fellow Corvette owners. There are those who just enjoy getting together with other people who share a common interest in our favorite sports car. Then there are the owners who begin thinking about making performance modifications and those who require technical information, customization assistance or just some help with the car and the "taming" of their 'Vette. With the possible exception of performance modifications of Corvettes, each of these instances is an example of where joining the Baltimore County Corvette Club can prove to be rewarding. When in search of answers, the accumulated knowledge and experience that our fellow members bring to the table gives you access to technical assistance that sometimes dealers simply are not in a position to offer you. We work together to help each other.

Beach Bums Corvette Club

The evolution of the Beach Bums Corvette Club of New Jersey started in the late 1990’s with an informal group of guys getting together to cruise to Corvette shows and doing parades. Friendships developed around the common interest, The Corvette. Among the more active members of this group were Donna and Jim Lewis, and they initiated the idea of formalizing the group in a Corvette enthusiasts club. The partying culture of the club and the sea shore location resulted in the naming of the club: Beach Bums Corvette Club. Donna Lewis was the first President and did most of the hard work of forming the club.Initially very socially orientated, the club had meetings at member’s homes and pool parties. Then Howard Welch set up meetings at Gardner Chevrolet and the club grew to over 20 members. At this point Howard felt the club was ready to have an all Corvette judged show at Gardner. It was a big success with about 55 Corvettes registered. Gardner shows continued with proceeds going to local charities, unfortunately show burn out occurred and the Gardner show was discontinued. The club meetings where then moved from Gardner to Barnegat Rec. Center. After a year off from shows, Ralph Gessner and Jamie Ciardelli suggested we do a show at Bay Village Beach Haven. The Bay Village venue was a big hit with car counts exceeding 150 Corvettes. The club really pulls together for these shows and of course the guests appreciate the BBCC hospitality. Due to the show success we have been able include many charitable organizations. The club is having fun participating in Memorial Day Parades, Corvette rally’s, Fall Cruise and lunch, Miniature Golf Tournament, cruises to Pt. Pleasant, detailing clinics at Dependable, judging clinics and many cruises to car shows with many proud trophy winners. And of course, our yearly Christmas Party at nearby restaurants. We have come a long way and relationships have grown. Interest in the Corvette is being shared with others and we have given back to the community in many ways.
