Auckland Corvette Club

The club was formed to cater for those with Corvettes and our main aim is to enjoy our Corvettes. We are an informal club with a nice casual atmosphere. Anyone with a passion for Corvettes is welcome and we have members from all around the North Island from Whangarei to Wellington. We generally have a run once a month. The runs are organised by members and can be as varied as a run to a cafe for lunch, a car show or a track day. Anywhere that is fun and of interest. When you join the club you will receive a name badge and we encourage these to be worn at club events. It's a good way of getting to know who's who and we know it’s hard meeting new people and trying to remember names.A full newsletter is sent out quarterly packed full of interesting facts, data and club event details, past & present. View our photo gallery for a sample of activities we have had over the last few years. If you're considering going down the track of a restoration you will find members in the club have a wealth of knowledge, many having completed full restorations on their cars. Ask around, we are keen to share information we have gleaned through our own trial and error (and botch-ups) during a rebuild.Existing members are encouraged to send in their stories for publication in the newsletter, as well as their photos to share with others. Please check the events page for scheduled outings, and we welcome you to let us know if you have an activity you think would be of interest to other members.

Christchurch Corvettes

We are a group of owners that has a non structured easy going system of drives and runs that are relaxing and fun.Several people look after the list of members and organise runs & emailing invites etc.We have in our group, enthusiasts from as far away as Kaikoura to South of Timaru to the west Coast.Christchurch Corvettes as it is today has evolved from a few local corvette owners who were also foundation members of the New Zealand Corvette register which started around 1980.Ten years ago we might have got 8 cars to a cruise, now we can get over 30.We now have over 100 email addresses with approx 150 members from Kaikoura to Timaru and the West Coast with approximately 100 Corvettes between them who enjoy the driving and socializing aspect of owning a Corvette. The Corvette Nationals has also been held in the Christchurch region on a few occasions with the most recent in 2007 in Nelson and with over 100 cars entering this event has become a major undertaking.Christchurch Corvettes are fortunate to have a number of people who generously give their time to a variety of events, whether it be day runs to local wineries, shows etc, or over night stays at some of New Zealand finest scenic locations. We also have members who specialize in repairs to Corvettes

New Zealand Corvettes

NZ Corvettes is a non-profit making, voluntarily-run organization that offers a New Zealand-wide view at all things Corvette. If you're interested in what’s happening in the Corvette scene throughout NZ then NZ Corvettes offers you:The Vette Gazette – a magazine published three times a year in April, August and December. The Gazette covers the annual National Corvette Convention, news from Vette groups around the country, technical topics, profiles Vette owners, and advertises parts and cars for sale or wanted. The cost of joining NZ Corvettes basically covers the costs of producing the Vette Gazette. The Corvette Register – published in the August edition of the Vette Gazette the register is a list of all financial members of NZ Corvettes. This list is only given to NZ Corvettes members and is regarded as information for members only. (If for privacy reasons, you do not want some or all of your details published, then this can be arranged). The Corvette Nationals – NZ Corvettes publishes information about forthcoming National events and features them in the Vette Gazette. The numbers have been building over the years with anywhere between 65 – 80 cars attending, but in the last few years numbers have been steadily increasing with 107 cars in 2007 and have stayed around 100 since. As a NZC member you will automatically receive a registration pack for the next Corvette Nationals (usually sent out with the August Vette Gazette).
