Riverside Corvette Club

The Riverside Corvette Club was formed in 1975 by a group of like-minded enthusiasts who wanted to share their love affair with "America's only true sports car" and enjoy the camaraderie of other Vetters. Long-time Corvette owners were given a forum to share their knowledge gained over years in the hobby or locate that hard to find part. Novices were quickly immersed in the rich history and folklore surrounding Zora's dream machine. The club rapidly grew and soon joined the Canadian Council of Corvette Clubs (Western Region), the umbrella sanctioning body for formal Corvette competitions throughout Western Canada. The club quickly became a force in competitive events such as slalom racing, concours de elegance, show and shine, and rallying. The club also participates in fun social activities and cruising, leaving ample opportunity for serious bench racing and trailer parties. An important part of this club is the involvement in the community by participating in Food Bank drives and fund-raisers for other charities.

Wasaga Beach Corvette Club

The Wasaga Beach Corvette Club was founded in 1991. Those club members shared a common passion for driving the best sports car in the world......the Corvette! This small group started two annual events, the Spring Fling Show&Shine and the Beach Cruize. Both these events have grown steadily over the years and the Beach Cruize became one of the renowned Corvette shows in southern Ontario. For 25 years this event has been attended by Corvette owners from all over Ontario, other Provinces and even the U.S. The 2015 Silver Anniversary Beach Cruize event saw 500 participants. Being the small club we are and the tremendous effort and resources required to host Beach Cruize, there are currently no plans to revive Beach Cruize. The Wasaga Beach Corvette Club is a non-profit organization based in the town of Wasaga Beach with our members from the surrounding areas; Collingwood, Midland, Midhurst, Innisfil, Erin, Newmarket, Bradford, Orillia and Penetang. WBCC contributes to a number of local charities that have included Wasaga Beach Food Bank.
