I can't believe I never knew about this tool until now!
My Mac man showed me the catalog listing for it and i ordered immediately. It's made getting oxygen sensors out of my '95 ZR-1 much easier. The sensors ("O2Ses") in the LT1, LT4 Small Block V8s used in '92-'96 C4s and LT5 engines in '90-'95 ZR-1s are difficult to reach. In fact, some people remove the cats first and, to do that, they have to pull the exhaust system.
With this Mac Tool Offset Oxygen Sensor Wrench (PN OSW9375), you can remove the sensors without taking much else off. Set-up a 3/8 ratchet and a medium extension, then chuck this wrench on the end. You can snake the O2S wrench up, over then down on the sensor. Break the O2S loose and pull it out. Simple as that.
While the tool was designed for the LT1/4/5 engines, it works on many other engines with O2Ses which are difficult to reach. You can get the tool from any Mac Tools distributor and you can get a list of those by calling 800.622.8665.
