SUBJECT: THROTTLE RETURN SPRING KIT
The throttle return spring was formerly attached to the air meter and the bell crank; to provide a better action, it is now attached between the throttle lever and bell crank stud. For conversion of earlier units, kit No. 7014754 contains a new longer bell crank stud, a new throttle return spring, and a spring retainer to attach to the early throttle lever. Since this is a design improvement only and does not affect performance, use of the kit is recommended only when it is necessary to replace the throttle return spring.
