As GM has discontinued the recommended cam cover sealer any recommendations on what to use? Charlie

Did you try gmpartsdirect.com i think you can still order it from them if you have the part # try it.
I've heard you cann't buy just one that you have to buy the whole case.
A friend bought one from gmpartsdirect.com.

You can also try Jim Milstead.

Sorry it took so long, here's the GM# 12345980 i checked with gmpartsdirect.com they sell it for $16.71 each.

How does this sealant work
When they built the motors wasnet this sealant put on with by silk screen?? How do you use this stuff??

I want to pull my cam covers to clean them and paint mainly because I have oil seaping from a few bolts

so how do you use this stuff???
