Joy ride...lucky you got it back in one piece....hope the drive train checks out......congrats! and welcome to the CAC....
Purchased a 2009 ZO6 with only 1366 original miles on it in late 2011. Drove it home 12 miles and parked it in my garage and drove it back on Friday 12 miles to have a complete detail done and received a call in the afternoon saying "did you pick up your car"?
Bottom line....car was indeed stolenand thankfully recovered
(see links below) ~120 miles away with only some slight damage to the front splitter.

So you put 24 miles on it in a year and a few months?
Its a miracle you got back, and in good shape...

All you have to do is buy fake corvette fob's off many sites have a woman drive you there while you are dresses up in a suite talk to the salesman and when the time is right swap the fake fob for the real one best to do close to closing time lock the doors and when the salesman checks the fob you gave him to unlock the door you hit the button to unlock the door at the same time and he thinks everything is OK lol sorry that night come back and drive off buy new VIN plate and federal decals of many websites and there you go you have your own new corvette paid for in full![]()
