I didn't vote in the poll. But if there was an "All of The Above", that one would get my vote.

The UAW has already discontinued the jobs bank and there were only a couple of dozen people in it. The upper management pay the foreign MFR's pay $7 to the CEO's and $1 the hourly workers get on the other hand the GM CEO gets $45 for every $1 the hourly get paid. Wagner and his cronies and the board of director need a pay cut.

I'll go with 'All of the above' but I think Mr. Gettlefinger has pounded the last nail in the auto industries coffin, and today chrysler shut down all it's plants for a month. Along with General Motors that will be no paychecks till March, if then ! Leadership, what a wonderful thing !

Don't you think Toyota & Honda are not having problems? Toyota stopped building a plant to assemble the Prius and Honda has stopped too. Its not the problem of the UAW its there is no economy. Companies cannot get loans and no one is buying vehicles.

How many concessions has the top tier management made? Maybe they should. The workers have.
