I haven't been to one in a long time, but I'd think $75 would be very appropriate.

I need a quick opinion on an upcoming Bat Mitzvah
I'm going to a Bat Mitzvah for the 1st time this Saturday.
Beautiful little girl next door, and I have no idea what the
gift amount should be...
I know the parents claim this is a big deal in their Jewish
faith, so I don't want to appear cheap.
Does $75.00 sound appropriate ?
Thanks friends....
I haven't been to one in a long time, but I'd think $75 would be very appropriate.

I think that $75.00 is very generous!
I agree. Unless you're related, $75 sounds like a generous gift.
Enjoy the party!

Oy, that's a lot of shekels! Remember to dress like a mensch, and skip the traif!![]()
Make it a multiple of $18. Like $36 or $72. 18 is the numeric equivalent of c'hai, hebrew for "life" (as in L'Chaim, "To Life!").

Give her $72 in a really nice card.
Enjoy the evening and no; my people have no new jokes... try to laugh again at the old ones.
