Can California, FOR ONCE, do something sensible?


SB1224 need your help to pass. It would EXTEND the rolling smog test EXEMPTION from 1976 to 1981 and older vehicles! It failed 3-4 vote, with 2 Senators not voting. E-mail them, it could pass next time!
