Covert Affairs Season Finale

So did anyone else catch the 2011 Season Finale this week?

I saw a commercial last weekend and watched just to verify if what I THOUGHT I saw was accurate. A split second scene showed main character Annie Walker driving in what appeared to be a convertible... and even though all you could see was the top of the steering wheel and a bit of the interior of the passenger side door... I guessed a Nassau Blue Midyear Corvette.

Turns out I was right. And her blind friend and handler Auggie gave it to her (he'd bought it just before his tour of duty in Iraq and learned in this episode he was not a candidate for the surgery which would restore his sight).

I may have been off on the color, but it was a 1967 Corvette convertible L71 - he told her it had 435 HP.

I have it recorded and will watch it this weekend or when I get home...

I too have it DVR'ed and will watch it this weekend. But I did see a short clip, and it is a mid-year Vert. AWESOME!

It's become sort of a hobby (or obsession - thin line between the two definitions ) of mine to spot Corvettes on TV. And the DVR is a wonderful tool to backup and look again. Drives my roomie crazy.
