I live in Merrimac and just drove past Skips the other day. Still has the barriers up so hopefully soon. If I see any activity I will drop in.
BTW do you like their burgers? I had heard rave reviews and maybe I caught them on a bad night, but they were pretty awful :-( but the cruise nights attract some great cars. We brought my sons '60 Olds to one of the last ones and it was fun.

Thanks for checking Skips. I tried calling today and got the answering machine saying they'll be opening in the Spring.
Spindle City Corvette Club from Lowell, MA is planning cruise nights on alternate Saturdays from Skips from 4-8 PM. Our cruise, like Skips, will be for all cars with separate parking for Corvettes. Instead of burgers, we'll be offering fresh, homemade Italian food at very reasonable prices. There will also be music, cash bar, raffles, trophies, etc. The cruises will be held at the Sons of Italy Soccer Field, 155 Marston Street, Lawrence, MA (right off highway 495.
We hope to see you all there!
