    Default New 76 Owner

Hi all. Just got my 76 yesterday. Already fully in love. I'll be scouring these forums for info. She needs some TLC. Radio, wiper motor, window motors, etc. Door lock arms need to be disassembled and greased. Any other suggestions for a good runner and first time owner, things to check out or places to look for new owners?

Welcome to CAC and the group..

As you've completed the first and best step by buying a Corvette.. One of the best second steps is buy a service manual..

I've never seen one painted like that before. i like it. Just take on one project at a time so you don't get overwelmed.

Congrats, had 1 myself wayback in the day Did have 1 of them Flex Fans on my old 68 l71 for about 2 minutes. We were all standing around in the club garage watchen it flex while I worked the throttle & 1 of the blades broke off, went right thru the lower rad hose witch is a pita to replace on a good day. Fortunately it didn't hit someone or me in the face.It hung on the club wall for years as a reminder.
Was just thinken, that was about 40 years back
