    Default Birthday Present

    Hi Fellow Corvette Owners,

April 2011 I purchased my first Corvette for my 56th birthday present, it's a 1984 and still look brand new. 1 Owner, well that's not really true it was purchased by a man and sold or given to his son some years later. The son traded it in for a 2011 Corvette in October 2010. This car sat on the show room floor for 7 months and as I walked up to the car I couldn't believe my eyes. Black with the Grey and black interior that still look new, 40,000, 4 sp, and AM/FM Tape Stereo.

As you can see this is a parking garage but it was only there for 3 days till my insurance agent said he couldn't insure the car unless it was in a 4 walled garage, OK that is classic insurance, so now it's in Mom's garage under a cover.

Looking forward to meeting you all and hearing your stories.

    Default Welcome, Tommy!

Welcome, Tommy. That's a great birthday gift and I hope you really enjoy it.

I have found that there are some really knowledgable people on here so if you have any questions and we all do at some time, you're bound to find the answers on here!

Enjoy your car, it sounds like it's a good one from your description.
If it isn't a Corvette, then it's just another car.
