Default Helpful advise for sending packages overseas..

The USPS has flat rate boxes that you can get from any post office for free. You have a choice of different sizes to meet your needs, and in the larger one we use you can pack up to 75 lbs in the box. ( we have never gotten that much weight).
These are the best way to ship things to any APO address for the lowest cost. When Ben was over seas last year the cost to send a parcel to Iraq was WAY over the $9 these cost us. Today I think the cost is just over $10 but it is still a bargain for sending things.
If you use Ebay, they will send you a case of 20 of these boxes for free to your door, the only diffrence is they have a little Ebay advertising on them....but the same rules apply.
If you go get a box to send over seas, grab a few of the forms that describe the contents for customs.
These are the best for anything in the USA and any overseas military addresses.
    I hope this helps, Chas

    It's about $11.95 now.

I send stuff to my sister frequently.

    Some things that I've sent:

baby wipes-shower when you don't have water.
    candy-troops love sweets!
    socks/underwear-you can never have enough.
    personal hygiene items-same as above.
