    Default Ventilation Fan

I have a question in regards to the blower. Should there be a cover protecting the fan blades? When I remove the screen near the wipers, the fan blades are exposed. The reason that I'm asking is because the air coming out of my vents is weak and I'm thinking I may be loosing it at the fan. If I place my hand at the bottom of my windshield, passenger side, I can feel the fan blowing. Thanks for any input.

If you can see the fan blades that means there is no way they can build up "compression". But I think a picture would help on this one

    Greetings Peter
