GM ponders how to replicate success of Camaro in redesign

Having owned a 2011 Calllaway Synergy Green for 10 months, Yes it looks great but...it's to big, to heavy, crude ride. Agree it needs to loose some weight. An F55 option should be avail on all V8 models, not just the ZL1. I traded a 2006 Covette for the Camaro but as of Aug last year, I am back into a Corvette vert. Much happier, much faster. A redesign indeed will happen. Hope they get it right this time.

I really like the new Camaro, but you are spot on about the weight. Everything really negative I have heard about the car is a result of it being such a porker. It needs to shed about 400 pounds to go from tank to pony car. Actually, I don't know how Chevy could make it as heavy as it is. I think I"ll look up the Caddy CTS weight to compare them.

I like the newest Camaro alot better then the ones from the 80's and 90's........my own opinion.....
