"Quality, not quantity"
"The American people will never knowingly adopt "SOCIALISM." But, under the name of "LIBERALISM," they will adopt every fragment of the "SOCIALIST" program, until one day America will be a "SOCIALIST NATION," without knowing how it happened.
(Norman Thomas, U.S. SOCIALIST PARTY CANDIDATE PARTY presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948)

Actually it's "Joey Chitwood"
That's an old video too. Note the previous-generation CTS and the XLR which is no longer made.
The Japanese eat that stuff up...I mean, hey...those are the folks that gave us "drifting".
I remember the Joey Chitwood "Thrill Show" every Summer at one of Chicago's 2 bull-pen ovals (SantaFe Speedway and Raceway Park). The troop really put on a show with real stock (unmodified) cars - two wheel driving, rings of fire, jumps - the whole deal.

Joey Chitwood used to be an annual event for a long time in Maine, seen the show a couple of times but I don't remember if it was at Oxford Plains or Beechridge Speedway.....too long ago
I never had that chance to see him (too young), but he's actually the grandfather of my First Sergeant, who, coincidentally is the person that I sold my '86 to...

"There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."
