I don't know about that site.........

I scanned the site and when I got to the part that said "some dude in a Ford Durango...."

That's where I bailed out. My advice would be that if you know a lawyer, talk to them, not a website.

IMHO, this is about revenue, not fairness or necessarily truth. Lat time I went to court, a CHP lied under oath, so.......... GOOD LUCK!
