    Check robs sticky thread for plans prices are going to depend on your yard and how level it is and other different issues.

    I got my plans & materials from 84 Lumber. http://www.84lumber.com/Default.asp

    My garage is 24 X 32 and the material costs (without the foundation or slab) was about $4700.

    They send you everything you need including windows, garage doors, entrance door, roofing & siding. (even the nails and staples). You just have to find one close to you.
