Default Leaky IACs Causing Vacuum Issue?

My "84 has a vacuum issue which I'm having a difficult time resolving. Today I tried the cigar smoke test and found both the IACs leaking from the back where the motor is housed. Do I need to replace them or is that typical of a good IAC?

    IACs don't leak.

You can still buy them from a number of sources. Just before we sold my Wife's 82, I installed two new eye-acks and got 'em from Rockauto.com.

Thanks, I actually sealed "em. Will see how long they last. Vac issue may be resolved.

Buy often fron Rock Auto - usually the first place I go to check parts/prices.
