New C6 Commercial!
This was on Thursday nights Entertainment Tonight, don't know about other areas, but in mine it reruns on Sunday night at midnight.
Here is the info on it from the ET website.
Guy Ritchie Hits the Road!
June 24, 2004
While wife MADONNA is traveling around the country on her "Re-Invention Tour," hubby GUY RITCHIE is doing what he does best -- going behind the camera to direct! Tonight on ET, we go behind the scenes of the Englishman's exhilarating new Corvette commercial in which the busy streets of New York City were roped off for the thrilling ad!
The director of the quirky and eccentric films 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' and the BRAD PITT vehicle, 'Snatch,' has directed a number of commercials, including the 2001 BMW Internet spot "Star" with his celebrity wife in the lead role.
This time around, the Corvette commercial features a young boy in school who begins daydreaming about the sporty car. The boy imagines himself at the wheel doing death-defying stunts like flying through the air and making 360 degree turns and even catching the eye of a young girl also in a Vette.
The 2005 model hits dealerships in August, the same month the fun commercial debuts. Watch for the spot on August 13 during the opening ceremonies for the summer Olympics.
For your first look at the exciting commercial, tune in to tonight's ET!
