But...if you want the T56 in your Z06 to shift nicer, use either Red Line D4 ATF or Red Line MTL.

For your duty cycle, the best wold be a 50/50 mix of D4 ATF and MTL, but if you don't what the complexity of mixing, straight D4 works well. Provided the clutch and clutch hydraulics are ok and there are no pre-existing transmission issues, most users switching from conventional Dexron to D4 experience a decrease in shift effort.
