Inside and out side temperature light is very dim

When you look at my inside or outside temperature window on the AC heater controls it is very dim. I am not sure if there is a bulb burnt out or is this a common thing with my 02 Vett. I is very hard to read.

Any suggestions and if so how do you fix it?

Don't know how common, but it is a known problem. I believe it has to do with failing soldering connections within the display. I'm sure someone on the forum will come along soon and point you toward a DIY for repairing this; from what I recall, it's not too difficult.
