Default Aux Setting on Stero.. Any inputs behind the Radio?

Anyone know if there are any inputs on the back of the stock radio on the C5's? I have an 01 and want to hook up my iPod. I hate the FM Modulators and would rather port it right into the radio?

I know it can be used for a CD Changer but if there's an input it might be able to be used for something else.

And what's up with Chevy? 01??? Come on!!! It's not like they didn't have MP3 players back then!!

I honestly can't answer your question directly as I really don't know. I know there's been several discussions concerning this on the forum. This is one I could find. It concerns hardwiring a Zune, but Zune, iPod, shouldn't matter. .
    Some people are like slinkies,
They don't really have a purpose,
But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

The changer input is the only one there. The way I understand it, you can use the changer input for you iPod if you don't have or use the changer.

That is true. I had done the same thing with my daily driver, removing the six disc changer and plugging in an IPod adapter.

No it doesn't but you can add one if you know how to use a soldering iron.

This is from a T/A Camaro site but the radios are the same.

Yes I have done this to mine and it works great!

The one most people are running is the PdAuX3W-CL2, supports the factory changer and has a USB port as well. Bonita
