    Default 2003 Battery Charge Probelm?

I have just tried to start my 03 after sitting for 2.5 weeks. All I got was a click, click, click. I had to put my battery charger on it for an hour before it would start. Is this common, or do I have a battery going dead? It is a 2003 with less than 3k miles. Any ideas?

There have been a number of threads on this, I think the bottom line is, buy a battery tender & when the car is not in use, PLUG IT IN!!!!! Where it is still under warrantee, Have the GENERAL look at it,

Thanks. I was just can't believe my car is drawing enough current to flatten the battery in 2.5 weeks. It may have a battery problem.
The tender is a good idea...
    Thanks

The good one is called a maintainer. Trickel chargers will fry the battery if left on all winter.

I'm not sure but Wal-Mart did have them!
