TPI intake compatibilty

Are all Corvette TPI intakes compatible? I'm noticing my 86 intake will not bolt to the center pair of holes in my Trick Flow heads. The bolt holes are tapped in a more vertical direction rather than perpinicular to the head face. The end pairs at all four corners are correct.

The only other thing I can think is that Summit sent me the wrong heads for my motor. What gives?

The Trick Flow heads are for a year or two later than your iron heads.

What year did the bolt pattern change for the stock heads?

Not sure, but 85 or 86 TPI units are different than 84`s and earlier because of the heads bolt pattern.
