I have just purchased one yesterday and will have it put on this weekend, along with a new optispark and waterpump. I talked to the guys at Delteq and they indicated that the rotor could be taken out. I am opting to leave it in as a fallback in case of troubles. But Delteq indicated that if I were to use it for strips and run it hard then I should take it out. I will let you know how it works as soon as I have the green93 back on the road.

Their comment was that it could break off inside the distributor but not likely if not pounded on.

Well I put the new optispark on and the new Delteq coil pack. It is not doing what it was doing before where it would just die at 75mph. Now it will only run correctly between 2500 and 3500 rpm. Mechanic is now telling me that an exhaust leak on the manifold is causing too much oxygen to make to the car run like this. Will update more as I replace more parts, getting very expensive.
