Default Are air foils dyno proven?

Since I was 16 people have tried to get me to install these into my cars. Everyone claims it's the easiest HP you'll make. However - it just seems like a tornado to me, flat out a junk product. Opinions?

I put one on my vette. I doubt it does anything, but maybe with a cut open lid or Ram Air and maybe some exhaust work you might get 1 or 2 hp out of it, but not nothing you can feel, but I love working on my vette so I put one on.

It may give you 1 or 2, who knows. But the 52mm aftermarket TB's already have them installed on there so it should do more good than harm.

Works only at wide open throttle and even then isn't worth much. Save your money for something else.

What Ken really meant was that it works only at wide open throttle and that you should use wide open throttle all the time.

If you're thinking about doing it, I would for 30 bucks why not.

I'm with Ken. Send me $30, and I'll make a tape of WOT sounds for ya to imagine it's faster. About the same result!

It's cool, dudes. I spent the $30 on fine grit sand to dump into my intake ports instead, for a little polishing. I am hoping they don't clog up my cat.
