    Default Plenum

Well I pulled the Plenum off the car to take the ridge off that robs airflow. What is the best way remove this with out hurting the plenum? Thanks

I think most folks use a Dremmel, or similar device.

As far as porting this would probably qualify as a mild port job.

Will I see any gains doing this? Some people say that it "woke" there car up, and some they could not tell a difference?

Well today was my day off, and I decided to start porting this plenum. What is the best way to clean up all of these shavings? Thanks

Soap and water and compressed air is normally how they clean them up. If you really feel like giving it a good cleaning take it to your local quarter car wash and pressure wash it.

Any pictures of how you ported them? I would really be interested in doing this and I have the right equipment but I'm scared to death that I will screw something up. Any advice now that you have already done it?

Once you take the TB off the plenum you can really see how restrictive it is. I am filing off the ridge that is right up front and some of the sides.
