87 ip cluster

I just got a spare cluster took it apart to see if it needed anything like bulbs which it does no problem. is there anyway to test this unit other than to put it in my 87? Is there a web site on this? I looked at the circuit board for any signs of melt down and it looks as if it were repaired, I would say that it was opened before. I have the 87 shop manual, doesn't seem to be pics of the internal cluster. If I shoot some pics can you tell me if it at least has CC?
