Default When clutch is let out on idle, I get funny sound

Whenever I start the car, push the clutch in for whatever amount of time, let the clutch out, I get a funny high-pitched noise. Sounds like a belt rubbing on something. But that wouldn't make sense. It's a 95 6-spd coupe. Anybody know whats up? Thanks.

It's the dual-mass flywheel. Don't worry, someone with more expertise than I will be along to help you out.

Clarify, is the sound present when the clutch pedal is depressed, or just only after you release ?
