    Default A/C CLUTCh

My A/C Clutch is cycling on/off at startup.
The A/C Control unit is OFF.
Is this a relay problem. If so, How do I test it and where is the relay located?

    Hi
    Yes it is Electronic type.

I just had the R12 converted to 134 and I added a 3 oz. can of booster so I doubt it is low. The air is pretty cold.
